【摘要】 作为学术理论刊物,高校学报对学术流弊的产生具有逻辑的必然责任。学术评价体系、现行学术制度也是造成高校学报诸多弊端的根源。学报在竞争中,不得已而顺应并不合理的评价体系,凸显了一种本能的生存冲动。解决学术创新的问题、改变被评价体系胁迫的无奈,或许是寻求高校学报困境的基本路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an academic theory publication,the university academic journals have logically the inevitable responsibility to the emerging of the prevalent academic abuses.The academic appraisal system,and the present academic system are also the root to lead to many malpractices by the journals.The journals in the competition,having to comply with the unreasonable appraisal system,have highlighted one kind of instinctive survival impulse.It may be a basic way in seeking a solution to the dilemma for university academic journals to solve the academic innovation problem,and change the situation of having no choice imposed by the appraisal system.更多还原
