钌(Ⅱ)配合物合成及其与DNA键合方式研究
Synthesis and DNA-binding studies of ruthenium(II) complex
【摘要】 目的与方法合成一个新的配体HPIA及其钌(Ⅱ)多吡啶配合物[Ru(bpy)2(HPIA)]ClO4(bpy=2,2′-联吡啶,HPIA=2-(2-羟基苯基)咪唑并[4,5-f]苊),用元素分析、电喷雾质谱、快原子轰击质谱、核磁共振谱表征配体及配合物;用电子吸收光谱和黏度测试研究配合物与DNA的作用方式。结果与结论配合物[Ru(bpy)2(HPIA)]ClO4与DNA之间通过插入作用结合。
【Abstract】 A new ligand HPIA(2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-imidazo acenaphylene,bpy=2,2′-bipyridine) and its ruthenium(II) complex [Ru(bpy)2(HPIA)]ClO4 have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,mass spectra and 1HNMR.The electrochemical behaviors of the complex were investigated by cyclic voltammetry.The DNA-binding properties of the complex were studied by spectroscopic methods and viscosity measurement.The experimental results indicate that the complex [Ru(bpy)2(HPIA)]ClO4 interacts with calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA) by intercalative mode into the base pairs of DNA.
