废弃线路板再资源化利用的清洁生产技术

【摘要】 采用温控管式炉在750℃条件下,对废弃印刷线路板进行高温裂解,以分离回收其中的有机和金属材料.利用GC-MS(FID),ICP-AES等对裂解产物进行了检测分析.结果表明:高温裂解油中含有高浓度的苯酚,裂解渣由有机物、玻璃纤维和金属碎片组成,容易粉碎分离.分离出的金属产物主要含有铜、钙、铁、镍、锌和铝以及含量很低的其它一些稀贵金属如镓、钯、银和金等.

【Abstract】 Printed circuit boards(PCB) were pyrolysed in a tubular furnace with the aim of separating and recovering the organic and metallic materials.PCB were pyrolysed at 750℃ and the pyrolysis products were analysed using GC-MS(FID),ICP-AES.The pyrolysis oils contained high concentrations of phenol.The pyrolysis residues were very friable and the organic,glass fibre,and metallic fractions could easily be separated.The ash in the residue mainly consisted of copper,calcium,iron,nickel,zinc,and aluminum,as well as lower concentrations of valuable metals such as gallium,palladium,silver and gold.
