三阳极大气等离子喷涂Cr2O3涂层的研究
Chromium oxide coating by triple anode air plasma spraying
【摘要】 采用SEM及XRD方法对用三阳极等离子喷枪所制备的Cr2O3涂层的结构、相及基本的性能进行了表征,并与传统等离子喷涂所制备的Cr2O3涂层进行对比.结果表明,在显微结构和硬度方面三阳极等离子喷涂所制备的Cr2O3涂层与传统等离子喷涂所制备的相近,但结合强度比传统等离子喷涂的高48%.
【Abstract】 The microstructure,phase content and basic properties of the chromium oxide(Cr2O3) prepared by the triple anode plasma spraying were characterized by SEM and XRD in comparison with those of conventional plasma sprayed Cr2O3 coating.The results revealed that the triple anode plasma sprayed Cr2O3 coating exhibited similar properties in microstructure and hardness to conventional plasma sprayed Cr2O3 coating,but displayed 48% higher adhesive strength than that of conventional Cr2O3 coating.
