【摘要】 1997年香港回归祖国,时至今天已十年多。在这十年当中,香港与内地不仅在经贸方面,而且在法律方面也展开了较为广泛的交流与接触。由于两地分属不同的法律传统,拥有不同的法律文化从而导致两地法律在接触与交流中产生一些冲突,这是在所难免的。问题的关键是如何看待这些冲突,并加以协调,使得两地之间建立一种良好的互动关系,相互取长补短,实现双赢。文章试图从三个方面就两地法律文化的冲突进行剖析,并在此基础上提出一些个人的看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has been more than ten years since the handover of Hong Kong to China. During this period, the exchange and contact between Hong Kong and Mainland become more and more frequent not only in the field of economy and trade, but also in the field of law. Due to their different legal traditions, these two regions have different legal cultures. Therefore it is unavoidable that some conflicts occur between these two regions in the legal area. The crucial point is how to look at these conflicts and harmonize them and develop a good relationship between these two regions in order to get mutual benefits and create a win-win situation.
