【Abstract】 A fine occupational identity is promotive of a teacher’s personal professional development,and is a foundation of stabilizing teacher teams and enhancing their comprehensive qualities.Through an investigation on some normal school educational students’ identity of teacher as an occupation,this paper finds that those students’ occupational identity is not very optimistic.Female students are more identical with the teacher occupation than male students,and undergraduates are more identical with teacher than specialized college students.更多还原
