【摘要】 利用不同浓度(0、1、2、5、10、50 mg/L)植物生长素NAA、IAA、IBA溶液浸泡苦瓜种子进行萌发试验,对种子发芽势、发芽率、活力指数的测试结果显示:NAA、IAA、IBA处理浓度为2、5、5 mg/L时苦瓜种子的发芽势、发芽率、活力指数均最佳,而高浓度处理(>10 mg/L)会抑制苦瓜种子萌发。更多还原

【Abstract】 The momordica charantia seed soaking in NAA、IAA、IBA solution of different concentration(0,1,2,5,10,50 mg/L),to determine the germinant index,germinant percentage and vigor index.The results showed that the concentration of NAA,IAA,IBA was 2,5 and 5 mg/L with the best of the germinant index,germinant percentage and vigor index,respectively.But the seed germination would be inhibited at hight concentration(more than 10 mg/L).更多还原
