不同作物对异丙酯草醚残留敏感性室内模拟研究

【摘要】 采用了室内模拟添加生物测定法初步研究了茄子、番茄、辣椒等茄科作物,大豆、豇豆和花生等豆科作物,玉米和水稻等禾本科作物,以及棉花对油菜田新型除草剂异丙酯草醚(ZJ0702)残留的敏感性。结果表明,不同作物对异丙酯草醚敏感性差异较大,其中以玉米最敏感,株高ED10值为0.0279 mg/kg;水稻、棉花和茄科作物番茄、茄子、辣椒等较敏感,株高ED10值分别为0.1269、0.0673、0.0435、0.1072、0.1427 mg/kg;而豆科作物花生、大豆、豇豆耐药性较强,株高的ED10值分别为0.6617、3.4905、5.1584 mg/kg。同科不同作物对异丙酯草醚的敏感性差异较小。可见,异丙酯草醚在油菜田土壤中低于0.01 mg/kg最终残留量对后茬作物的生长无影响。

【Abstract】 The sensitivities of eggplant,pepper,tomato,soybean,cowpea,peanut,cotton,maize and rice to ZJ0702,a novel herbicide used in rape fields,were studyed in laboratory by adding soil bioassay.The results showed that different crops were different sensitive to ZJ0702.Among which maize was the most sensitive to ZJ0702,with lowest ED10 value of stem length(0.0279 mg.kg-1);Rice,cotton,tomato,eggplant and pepper were more sensitive,their ED10 values of stem length were 0.0673,0.1269,0.0435,0.1072 and 0.1427 mg.kg-1,respectively;Peanut,soybean and cowpea had highly endurance to ZJ0702,their ED10 values of stem length were 0.6617,3.4905 and 5.1584 mg.kg-1 respectively.The sensitivities of coordinal crops were no different to ZJ0702 residues.So the concentration of ZJ0702 residues in soils below 0.01 mg.kg-1 is less harmful to following crops.
