轴锥镜对无衍射成像系统景深的影响

【摘要】 在介绍轴锥镜线焦特性的基础上,分析了轴锥镜对成像系统景深的影响。根据轴锥镜镜的线焦特性,阐述了基于轴锥镜的大景深成像系统的基本原理,并设计了两步成像的大景深成像系统。通过对该系统点扩散函数和景深的分析,发现可以通过改变轴锥镜的角度来实现不同景深的成像系统。对轴锥镜夹角分别为1θ=0.01和2θ=0.25的两个成像系统,其景深分别为D1=323.59 mm,D2=122 mm。实验结果表明轴锥镜能增大光学系统的景深,夹角越大景深范围越小。

【Abstract】 The effect of axicons on the depth of field of imaging system is analyzed on the basis of properties of the axicon which can form a focal line.The theories of an axicon for imaging with extending depth of field are explored briefly,and imaging systems are designed with two-step imaging.With analyzing the point spread function(PSF) and the depth of the field of the designed imaging system,it follows that the depth of field of imaging systems is relied on the refractive angle of the axicon.For two imaging systems with refractive angles θ1=0.01 and θ2=0.25,their depth of field are D1=323.59 mm,D2=122 mm separately.Experimental results confirm that the axicon has the ability for imaging with extending the depth of field,and the range of the depth of field is shortened with the increase of the refractive angle.
