利用正交实验模拟滑石粉/PE复合薄膜的工业化生产

【摘要】 采用正交实验设计方法模拟了滑石粉/PE复合降解薄膜的工业化生产,研究了滑石粉、LLDPE及光降解剂对薄膜力学性能的影响。结果表明,滑石粉填充量、LLDPE与LDPE的比例对薄膜力学性能产生显著影响,而光降解剂造粒与否对薄膜的制备及其性能影响不大。

【Abstract】 A series of talc/PE degradable films were prepared and optimized by means of orthogonal experiment.Effect s of various factors such as the contents of talc,PE and photodegradable agent on the mechanical properties of the films were investigated.The results indicated that the content of talc and the ratio of LLDPE to LDPE affected remarkably on the tensile strength and the elongation at break of the films.The small amount of photodegradable agent added had no influence on film formability and the mechanical properties of the films.
