【摘要】 文章从国内外恐怖活动带来的危害分析入手,结合我国城镇燃气发展特点及燃气本身特性,指出我国建立城镇燃气反恐预警应急机制建设的重要性,并对燃气行业怎样建立预警和预防机制、反应控制机制、协调指挥机制、信息收集与分析机制、信息披露机制、全社会参与机制等反恐预警应急机制作了具体地分析说明,对有效应对恐怖等突发事件,把不良后果和负面影响降到最小,维持和谐、稳定的社会局面起到了一定的参考作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the danger of terrorist activities at home and abroad,the paper pointed out the importance of the construction of terrorism early warning and emergency response mechanism for town gas in our country with the characteristics of town gas development and the properties of town gas itself,and made concrete analysis on how to build terrorism early warning and prevention mechanisms,emergency response control mechanisms,coordination command mechanism,information collection and analysis system,information proclamation mechanism and the participation of the entire society mechanism,which played a guiding role on the adverse consequences to minimize negative effects of terrorist activities and on maintenance of a harmonious and stable social situation.更多还原
