【Abstract】 This paper discusses faculty recruitment in American universities,including the guiding philosophies and strategies,the determination of positions and the procedures of the recruitment as well as the responsibilities of key individuals during the recruiting process and the role and function of the recruitment committee.Through exploring the experience of faculty recruitment in USA,the significance and key points of faculty recruiting activities in university’s human resource management are presented,which may give enlightenment for university’s further reform and development in China.更多还原
