100MW机组高中压转子振动问题的分析与处理
Analysis and Treatment of HP and IP Rotor Vibration in 100 MW Unit
【摘要】 对某电厂国产100MW机组高中压转子振动波动故障进行分析,并对振动故障进行模拟试验,试验结果表明故障原因是由于GV4阀门开度波动大,造成转子与静子产生一定程度的动静碰磨,为此,采取临时固定GV4阀芯位置的处理措施,振动突增现象消失,振动达标,确保了机组的安全运行。
【Abstract】 The vibration fluctuation fault of HP and IP rotor in a domestic 100 MW unit in some power plant was analyzed.The simulation test of the vibration fault showed that the impact-rubbing between rotor and stator caused by the great opening fluctuation of Valve GV4 was the reason for the fault.By temporarily fixing the core position of Valve GV4,the phenomenon of abrupt increase in vibration disappeared and the vibration was up to standard,thus ensuring the safe operation of the unit.
