某大型变压器运行缺陷的分析与处理
Analysis and Disposal of One Transformer Operation Fault
【摘要】 介绍了一例500kV大型变压器缺陷的分析、处理过程,它综合了常规电气试验、油中溶解气体色谱分析、局部放电试验、局部放电定位等多种检测手段。认为油色谱分析对于发现变压器的潜伏性缺陷十分有效,局部放电试验是检验大型变压器绝缘性故障的有效手段,而大型变压器的超声波局部放电定位还属初步尝试,需积累更多的经验。
【Abstract】 The analysis and disposal process of a 500 kV transformer operation fault is described in this paper.Multiple test methods for power transformers such as routine electric test,dissolved gas analysis(DGA),partial discharge(PD) test and PD location have been carried out.It can be found that DGA is a valid method to detect latent defects in power transformers;PD test is efficient in inspecting insulation faults of large transformers,while ultrasonic PD location for large transformers is still in its tentative stage and needs further practice.
