基于粒子群优化算法和模糊模拟的核电备件模糊EOQ模型
A Fuzzy EOQ Inventory Model for Spare Parts in a Nuclear Power Station Based on Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm and Fuzzy Simulation
【摘要】 在备件存储费用和订货费用均为模糊变量情况下,构建了备件模糊相关机会规划EOQ模型;设计了基于改进粒子群优化算法和模糊模拟方法的智能算法来计算模糊目标函数的期望值和模糊事件的可信性,得到了使企业库存费用不超过某一预算水平的可信度最大的最优订货量,同时通过算例验证了模型及求解算法的有效性并进行了敏感性分析。
【Abstract】 In the circumstances of both the stock cost and the order cost are characterized as independent fuzzy variables,an economic order quantity fuzzy dependent chance programming model are constructed.By using improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and fuzzy simulation,an intelligent algorithm to calculate the expectations of objective function and the credibility of the fuzzy event is designed,and it could get the optimal order quantity for maximizing the credibility of an event such that the total cost in the planning periods does not exceed a certain budget constraint.At last,a numerical example is given to verify the validity and superiority of the proposed model and algorithm through a sensitivity analysis.
