【摘要】 通过构建加权正交系数矩阵,运用双基点评价方法,对长沙高新技术开发区中的19家典型高技术企业2005~2007三年的核心竞争力进行了动态综合评价;并通过仿真计算,基于与初始贴近度标准差研究了评价指标的灵敏度。结果发现:具有较强核心竞争能力的企业在财务效果和运营能力上具有显著的优势,而在市场占有、技术创新能力和企业规模方面并未表现出较排序靠后企业具有显著优势;灵敏度效果的分析发现,共有14个评价指标相对于评价结果具有较高灵敏度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dynamic core competences of high technical corporations of high technology areas in Changsha are evaluated during the period from 2005 to 2007 based on double basis model of weighted orthogonal coefficient matrix.In addition,the simulation of overcoming linear framework is used to research the sensitivity of indicators.The empirical results suggest that the corporations with higher competence have more advantages in financial effect and operation ability,whereas there exists insignificant advantages in three types of indicators invloving market occupancy,technology innovation and firm size over ordinary rivals.This fact exhibits that these indicators may imply the lagged relation with future competency.The sensitivity analysis based on variance between changed and original standardized deviation shows that the total 14 indicators relative to assessment results have relatively high sensitivity.更多还原
