【Abstract】 From the perspective of organizational ecology,this paper specifically studies the relationship of the enterprise technology niche and the evolution of technological capability by analyzing the enterprise technology niche and the evolutional path and evolutional mechanism of technological capability based on the survey data coming from the Guangdong textile and garment industries in recent years.The results show that there exists a significantly positive correlation between the enterprise technology niche and the evolution of technical capacity.What’s more,the different factors of the technology niche have different influence at different evolutional stages of technological capability.更多还原
