采用Visual LISP的数控切管图形编程系统的开发
Development of Graphic Programming System for CNC Pipe Cutting Machine Based on Visual LISP
【摘要】 使用数控切管机切割带焊接坡口的相贯线时,手工编程效率低下。利用DCL和Visual LISP程序开发的图形编程系统可以直接从AutoCAD图形文件中提取数据,准确、快捷地完成相贯线展开图的绘制,并最终自动生成数控代码。该系统大大提高了编程的自动化程度和效率,提供了一种新的编程方法,为数控切管机的实现提供了软件保证。
【Abstract】 Manual programming is inefficient when using CNC pipe cutting machine cuts intersection lines with welding groove.The graphic programming system developed by using DCL and Visual LISP can extract data directly from drawing file of AutoCAD,and draw developable drawings with intersection lines,and then generate CNC code automatically.The system greatly increases the automation degree and efficiency of programming and provides a new programming method,which guarantees the realization of pipe cutter numerical controller.
