惯性管对热声驱动脉管制冷机性能的影响
EFFECT OF INERTANCE TUBE ON THERMOACOUSTICALLY DRIVEN PULSE TUBE REFRIGERATION PERFORMANCE
【摘要】 为了考察惯性管对热声驱动脉管制冷性能的影响,利用驻波型热声驱动脉管制冷实验装置,开展了惯性管结构参数对系统性能影响的实验研究.实验中所采用的惯性管由直径分别为2 mm和4 mm的两段铜管串联而成,重点研究2 mm直径管段的长度对压比和制冷温度的影响.通过实验优化,当惯性管结构参数为内径2 mm的铜管长度2.5 m,内径4 mm的铜管3 m长时,在加热功率1.8 kW条件下,脉管制冷机的无负荷制冷温度达到63.0 K.
【Abstract】 Experimental investigation was carried out to study the effect of inertance tube on perfor- mance of a standing-wave thermoacoustically driven pulse tube refrigerator.The inertance tube tested in the experiment is composed of two copper tubes with diameter of 2 mm and 4 mm respectively, connected in series between the ambient end of pulse tube and the reservoir.The emphasis focused on the influence of the length of 2 mm diameter on system’s pressure ratio and cooling temperature. A no-load cooling temperature of 63.0 K has been achieved under 1.8 kW heating power input,with an optimized inertance tube geometry,i.e.2.5 m length of 2 mm diameter tube and 3 m length of 4 mm diameter tube.
