海底混输管道停输和再启动瞬态流动规律研究
SHUTDOWN AND RESTART TRANSIENT FLOW CHARACTERISTIC STUDY IN OFFSHORE MULTIPHASE PIPELINE
【摘要】 本文采用大型实验环道模拟和OLGA软件结合探索海底混输管道在停输和再启动过程中的瞬态流动规律.实验模拟表明气液同时停输过程中没有出现过减现象;在保持气量不变的情况下,将液量突然增加,会出现压力过增现象.OLGA软件模拟表明在停输过程中,管线沿线温度下降,可能出现水合物;再启动过程中,平台终端的液量波动幅度很大;停输过程中,整条海底管线的总持液量不断减小,但幅度不大,再启动过程中,总持液量急剧增大,之后又重新达到稳定.
【Abstract】 Large experimental loops and OLGA software were stimulatingly adopted to study Shut- down and restart transient flow characteristic study in offshore multiphase pipeline.The results of the experiment simulation show that pressure decreases undershoot is not investigated while gas and liquid shutdown stimulatingly,and if keep gas flowrate constant,pressure overshot occurs with liquid flowrate increases suddenly.The results of OLGA software simulation show that temperature of the pipeline length decrease during the shutdown and gas hydrate will formation,and liquid inventory undulation vary largely in platform terminal while the restart operation;and total liquid inventory in offshore pipeline will decrease slowly but the range of decreasing is very little while the shutdown operation;but,total liquid inventory in offshore pipeline will increase sharply and reach a new stability while the restart operation;
