高效、节能、环保预制钢筋混凝土结构住宅体系及其产业化

【摘要】 高效、节能、环保的住宅体系是社会发展的必然趋势,住宅产业化是我国经济发展、城市化进程不断加快的必然选择。结合万科在住宅产业化方面的探索,作者通过一系列的新型装配式预制钢筋混凝土结构体系节点试验,对其受力特性、抗震性能及其破坏模式等方面进行了研究,形成系统的装配式预制钢筋混凝土结构试验研究,可为此种结构体系的推广应用提供试验论证。

【Abstract】 An efficient, energy-saving and environmental protection housing system is an inevitable tendency with the development of society, and housing industrialization is necessary for the economy development and the speeding up urbanization process in our country. Combined with Vanke’s exploration on housing industrialization and series of experiments on a new type assembled-monolithic precast concrete structural joints, author have studied on the joint load-bearing performance, seismic performance failure mode and on the like, and have formed a system of researches on assembled-monolithic precast concrete structure, which can provide experimental demonstration for the extension of the structure system application.
