某高层建筑屋顶增层结构设计方案

【摘要】 为实现建筑功能,在保持结构受力体系不变的前提下,针对某18层商务写字楼提出了屋顶增层结构方案。通过增层前后结构受力性能的对比分析,以及对构件配筋、地基基础承载力的复核验算,论证了增层结构方案的可行性,对新增竖向构件主筋的生根锚固做法提出了设计建议。

【Abstract】 To satisfy the function requirement,an enlarged-storey structure design scheme for an eighteen-storey office tower is put forward.The main structure system of the new storeys is kept the same as the original one.The indicators reflecting structure performance are contrasted between the buildings formed or not,and the bearing capacity of structure members and foundations are checked.According to the contrast and checking results,the feasibility of the enlarged-storey scheme is approved.Some design suggestions about how to anchor the steel bars of the new added vertical members are presented.
