现代工程项目三方合同系统研究
Systematic research on tripartite contract in modern engineering projects
【摘要】 对三方合同进行了系统的分析和研究,提出三方合同的概念、常见类型及其特征以及日后在三方合同研究工作中需要解决的问题。
【Abstract】 Tthe tripartite contract was analyzed and researched systematically.Its concept,ordinary types and characteristics were put forward.Finally,the questions of tripartite contract need solving in the future were brought forth.
