基于平衡记分卡的连锁经营企业绩效评价研究
Fuzzy Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Method for Chained Operation Based on Balanced Score Card
【摘要】 以平衡记分卡(BSC)为基础,从BSC的财务、客户、内部经营过程以及学习与成长等方面,设计了连锁经营企业的绩效考核指标体系与模糊综合评判模型,克服了传统评价体系的不足,有利于从成长的角度全面评价连锁企业绩效。
【Abstract】 From the views of balanced score card,a series of indexes and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the performance evaluation of chained operation enterprise based on its finance,customer,internal management process and the ability of learning and development are introduced in this paper.This novel performance evaluation model overcomes the shortcoming of traditional method and can make benefit for comprehensive evaluation from development aspect.
