叉车转向桥有限元分析系统的开发和应用
Development and Application of a Finite Element Analysis System for Steering Axle of Forklifts
【摘要】 叉车转向桥作为叉车的主要零部件,受多种载荷作用,其强度直接影响整车寿命。采用FORTRAN语言与ANSYSAPDL等语言相结合,开发叉车转向桥零部件的三维有限元分析系统ZXQFEM1,ZXQFEM1设置了与ANSYS程序的接口,使之可以方便自如地调用ANSYS程序。ZXQFEM1系统应用ANSYS中的SOLID92单元,计算表明,该单元适应性好,能较好地模拟叉车转向桥零部件。介绍ZXQFEM1系统的主要功能,ZXQFEM1包括叉车转向桥零部件造型前处理模块和应力变形分析后处理模块,给出包括转向桥壳、转向节、转向销等若干计算实例,成功试制了铸钢转向桥体,设计了新型的转向桥试验台夹具和施力装置等,并进行了相应分析。根据计算合理安排转向桥各零部件结构尺寸,为结构设计和改进提供了可靠依据。
【Abstract】 As an important part on a forklift, the steering axle bears various loads. Its strength directly influences the service life of basic vehicle. Combining FORTRAN and ANSYS.APDL languages, a 3D finite element analysis system, ZXQFEM1, is developed for parts and components in steering axle of forklifts. An interface to ANSYS is set up in order to call ANSYS program conveniently. SOLID92 unit in ANSYS is adopted in ZXQFEM1 system. Calculations show that the unit presents better adaptability so the parts and components in steering axle of forklift can be simulated satisfactorily. Main functions of ZXQFEM1 are described. There are preprocessing module of part and component modeling for forklift steering axle as well as post-treatment module for stress and deformation analysis. Several calculation examples, including steering axle casing, steering knuckle and steering pin are presented. A cast steel steering axle casing is successfully manufactured in pilot production. New types of fixture and loading device are designed for steering axle test stand and related analysis is conducted. According to the calculation, all structure dimensions of each part or component in steering axle are rationally arranged. All above provides a reliable basis for structural design and improvement.
