多轴线液压板挂车转向机构优化设计
Optimal Design for Steering Mechanism of Multi-axles Hydraulic Drop-deck Trailer
【摘要】 通过分析多轴线液压板挂车转向机构中各构件位置关系及其运动学关系,建立以加权角差和为目标函数的优化模型,利用复合型优化算法对该模型进行优化求解,并编制易于使用的通用转向机构优化程序;程序的优化结果能较好地改善多轴线车的整车转向性能,尤其是能改善靠近转向中心线附近车轮的转向性能,有效地减轻车轮的拖滑行驶,使车辆能避免发生车辆爆胎和轮胎脱落事故。程序优化结果应用于某专用车辆厂生产的多轴线液压板挂车转向机构,生产实际和车辆运输实际表明该方法是正确的、实用的。
【Abstract】 Through an analysis on position relationship and kinetic relationship among structural components of steering mechanism on multi-axles hydraulic drop-deck trailer, an optimization model with the sum of weighed angles differences as target function is set up. The model is solved with compound optimization algorithm and a universal optimization program easy to operate is plotted for steering mechanisms. Optimized results with the program can satisfactorily improve the basic vehicle’s steering performance of multi-axles vehicles, especially the steering performance of the wheels near the steering central line, which effectively reduces dragging-slipping travel of the wheels and avoids failures of tire flat and tire off of the trailer. The program optimized results are applied to the steering mechanism of a multi-axles hydraulic drop-deck trailer from a special vehicle manufacturer. Production practice and travel practice all show that the method is correct and practical.
