混凝土搅拌车罐体和螺旋叶片展开图的实现
Realization of Unfolded Drawings for Drum Body and Spiral Vanes of Concrete Mixing Truck
【摘要】 混凝土搅拌输送车的拌筒叶片设计计算复杂,精确度低,图纸绘制的工作量大,效率低。根据搅拌筒的几何参数,结合实际,通过研究具有不可展空间曲面的混凝土搅拌运输车搅拌筒螺旋叶片的曲面方程和展开计算,给出对数螺旋线的平面参数表达式。根据推导出的参数方程在UG中绘出外锥对数螺旋线、罐体与螺旋轨迹和螺旋叶片的平面展开图,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计精度,为搅拌叶片的实际生产提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The drum vanes of concrete mixing truck are complicated in design and calculation so they are low in accuracy. Drawing plotting volume is huge and low in efficiency. According to geometry dimensions of the drum and in association with practice, expression for plane parameters of logarithm spiral cord is presented through a research on equation and unfolding calculation of spiral vanes which are of unfolding curved spacial surface in mixing drum of concrete mixing truck. According to the derived parameter equation, logarithm spiral cord of outer cone, unfolded plane drawings of drum, spiral track and spiral vanes are plotted in UG. Design period is shortened and design accuracy is increased. Basis for practical manufacture of mixing vanes is provided.
