爆炸荷载作用下锚杆动载响应和加固机理数值分析

【摘要】 利用数值分析软件LS-DYNA3D程序,研究了在集中装药爆炸应力波的作用下,锚杆的动载响应及加固机理。通过对比拱顶、拱腰和侧墙锚杆的试验和数值模拟轴向应变时程曲线,表明数值模拟结果可靠。通过分析拱顶锚杆轴向应变时程曲线,发现受压和受拉都比较大。根据拱腰、拱脚和侧墙的轴向应变时程曲线,得出由于拱部和边墙之间位移差别,有可能产生剪切错动,导致锚杆被剪断,在设计和施工时应该注意锚杆抗剪强度。

【Abstract】 Dynamic response and reinforcement mechanics of rock bolts were studied with LS-DYNA3D software under the explosive stress waves produced by focusing charge.It proved that numerical results were reliable by comparing axial strain temporal curves of simulating and test on vault,hance and rib,and found that rock bolts borne both large pressure and large tension by analyzing axial strain temporal curves on vault.From the axial strain temporal curves on hance,spandrel and rib,the fact was derived that underground opening may produce shearing slips,which may cause shearing fault of rock bolts,owing to the difference displacement between arch and rib.This finding suggested that the shearing strength of rock bolts should been paid much attention in design and construction.
