复杂环境下的水泥厂窑房定向控制爆破
DIRECTIONAL CONTROLLED BLASTING OF CEMENT PLANT KILN UNDER COMPLICATED ENVIRONMENT
【摘要】 在周围倒塌空间小、被保护物离待拆建筑距离近、倒塌方向须精确定位的复杂环境下,对立柱分布不均、具有复杂"联体"结构的钢筋混凝土框架结构的水泥厂两座立窑,采用定向控制爆破分区逐段延时起爆技术,一次点火成功爆破拆除。本文阐述了爆破方案、"联体"预处理、爆破参数、炮孔布置及起爆网路的设计,以及安全防护措施。
【Abstract】 The employment of directional controlled blasting by adoption of the technique of delay initiation in sections with one firing for a precise directional collapse saw a success in demolition of two kilns in cement plant,which,featuring narrow collapsing space and complicated environment,was supported by unevenly distributed columns,constructed with complex joints in reinforced concrete frame structure and located close to the buildings to be protected. The present paper discussed the blasting demolition plan,complex joints pretreatment,blasting parameters,the blast hole layout,the initiation of the network design and security measures.
