【摘要】 农村劳动力转移是我国实现工业化必须面对的重大课题,也是解决我国三农问题的根本途径。现阶段,我国农村劳动力转移突出地表现为农民工进城问题。农民工进城务工总费用的高低,直接影响着我国农村劳动力转移的数量和质量。应用一手调查资料,从农户行为的微观角度研究了我国农民工进城务工总费用的变化趋势和影响因素。分析显示:从2000~2005年,我国农民工进城务工总费用略有上升,其中进城寻工费用下降,在城务工费用增加;进城途径、性别、学历、收入水平、区位等因素的差异对农民工进城务工费用有一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural labor transfer is the crucial question to realize the industrialization and basic way to solve the "farmer,agriculture and countryside" problem.The total charge of looking and working for a job in the city directly affects the quantity and quality of rural labor transfer. The paper analysis results from studying the change trend and effect factors of the total charge of looking and working for a job showed that the total charge rised slightly from 2000 to 2005 and the charge of looking for a job descended but the charge for working for a job increased.The factors of entering the city way,gender,educated background,salary and regional location had the certain effect on the charge of looking and working for a job in the city in rural labor transfer.更多还原
