建设工程索赔决策的博弈分析

【摘要】 从承包商的角度出发,以FIDIC合同条件为基础,从索赔的起因入手,应用完全信息动态博弈理论建立索赔决策模型;并分析不同条件下承包商与业主的选择和行为。

【Abstract】 Considering the FIDIC’s Construction Contract and the characteristics of claims from the point of contractor,the Claims Decision Model(CDM)based on "game theory" was developed to study construction claims. This model explains how people behave during a potential or existing claiming situation.
