【摘要】 首次选用CIE1976L*a*b*色空间中的总色差ΔE*作为0Cr18Ni9不锈钢冷轧卷碱洗工艺后表面质量的评价指标。在简述表色系统CIE1976L*a*b*色空间及色差公式测量原理和测量方法的基础上,用TC-PⅡG全自动测色色差计测量了不锈钢板表面颜色。并对碱洗工艺参数进行了正交试验和方差分析,通过F检验判定出各工艺参数的显著性及其顺序,最后给出了碱洗工艺参数的最佳结果。碱洗最佳工艺条件为:碱洗配方80%NaOH+20%NaNO3、碱洗温度550℃、碱洗时间25 s。因子显著性顺序为:碱洗温度>碱洗配方>碱洗时间。碱洗时间因子不显著,可作为连续生产线调控参数,依据生产线速度和碱洗槽长度设置碱洗时间。

【Abstract】 Total chromatism ΔE* in CIE1976 L*a*b* color space was used firstly as evaluation index of surface quality of alkaline cleaned 0Cr18Ni9 stainless cold rolled coil.According to the measurement principle and method with CIE1976 L*a*b* color space and chromatism equation,the surface color of stainless steel sheet was mesured by TC-PⅡG full automation color difference meter.Orthogonal test and ANOVA were carried for alkaline cleaning process parameters.The significance and sequence of the process parameters were determined by F Test,and the optimum alkaline cleaning process parameters were obtained.The optimum formula was 80%NaOH+20%NaNO3,the appropriate temperature and time were 550 ℃,25 seconds respectively.Factor significance sequence was temperature>formula>time.The cleaning time was not significant,it could be regarded as system control parameter and set based on line velocity and cleaning tank length.
