【摘要】 高质量的DNA和RNA是分子生物学实验顺利进行的基础。本文首次针对CTAB法提取芝麻DNA和RNA的效果进行了研究,在此基础上改进了提取程序和相关技术参数,总结出一套可同步提取高质量芝麻DNA与RNA的方法。利用该方法提取的DNA及RNA经RAPD、SSR、SRAP、DDRT-PCR、AFLP、cDNA-AFLP等分子试验验证,质量好,符合后续试验的要求。这套方法为顺利开展芝麻分子生物学研究奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-quality DNA and RNA are foundation for successful molecular biology research.This paper focused on the method for extraction of DNA and RNA from sesame at the same time.High quality DNA and RNA can be isolated from sesame using the improved CTAB method described in this paper.The total DNA and RNA isolated by this method are of sufficient quality for the following molecular biology research such as RAPD,SSR,SRAP,DDRT-PCR,AFLP,cDNA-AFLP and so on.Thus,this method established a good foundation for the successive molecular experiments.更多还原
