【摘要】 为了研究梳针分梳板对未成熟纤维去除效果的影响,用USTER AFIS测试仪对梳棉机加装梳针分梳板、锯齿分梳板、小漏底在不同隔距、刺辊速度、道夫速度等生产条件下,所加工生条进行未成熟纤维含量检测,结果显示:①梳针分梳板去除未成熟纤维的能力不如锯齿分梳板;②加装小漏底对未成熟纤维的去除,不如锯齿分梳板,而比梳针分梳板稍好一些;③加装梳针分梳板时生条纤维成熟度比最小;④加装梳针分梳板时生条纤维细度最细。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to analyze the impact of the card plate on reduction of the immature fiber,detection of immature fiber in card sliver with USTER AFIS through addtion of pinned card plate,toothed card plate,small screen to the carding machine with different setting,taker-in speed,and doffing speed shows that ① the pinned carding plate is inferior to toothed carding plate in reduction of immature fiber;② additon of small screen is superior over pinned carding plate and inferior to the toothed carding plate in reduction of immature fiber;③ addtion of pinned carding plate increases the fiber mature ratio of the card sliver to the max.;④ addtion of pinned carding plate makes to fineness of the card sliver to the extremity.更多还原
