冰灾危机事件衍生链分析
An Analysis of the Emergency Derivation Chain Caused by Ice Disaster
【摘要】 冰灾危机事件衍生链是指冰灾危机事件的发生诱发一连串的衍生危机事件发生的现象。我国2008年冰灾危机事件带来的经济损失并不是由于冰雪灾害本身所带来的,而是由于冰雪灾害诱发的一连串的衍生危机事件所导致的。因此研究冰灾危机事件衍生链的构成是有必要的,为了进一步研究冰灾危机事件导致衍生危机事件发生的衍生链演化机理,本文从冰灾危机事件衍生链的构成以及如何截断衍生链等方面进行分析。
【Abstract】 Ice emergency derivation chain refers to a series of disaster events which are induced by the ice emergency.Economic loss of 2008 ice disaster was not brought by the ice emergency itself,but by a series of aftermaths induced by the disaster.It is necessary to analyze the constructions of ice emergency derivation chain.In order to find out the evolution mechanism,the paper analyzes the components of ice emergency derivation chain and how to break the chain.
