高纯度荷叶碱的制备及其药效研究

【摘要】 以福建建宁荷叶为原料,研究荷叶碱和总黄酮的提取纯化技术.采用FD阳离子交换树脂分离与石油醚萃取组合技术可得85%纯度荷叶碱,得率82%以上;进一步结晶,荷叶碱纯度达95.4%以上.采用聚酰胺柱分离技术纯化黄酮,纯度可达55%,总收率80%以上.动物药效学试验表明,荷叶碱具有明显的降甘油三酯、降胆固醇及减肥效果,是荷叶中减肥降脂的主要活性成分,建议每日每人摄入量为25~30 mg.黄酮也具有一定的功效.

【Abstract】 The separating and purifying technologies of nuciferine and flavonoid from lotus leaves of Jianning,Fujian was studied.The purity of nuciferine reached 85% by separation with FD resin combined extraction with petroleum ether,recovery rate upward 82%,and the purity upward 95.4% by crystallization.The purity of flavonoid reached 55% by PA,recovery rate upward 80%.The result of rats experiments indicted that nuciferine had obvious effects on reducing TG、 TCHO and weight,and the recommended daily intakes was 25~30mg.The flavonoid also had some effects.
