【摘要】 目的评价软坚祛僵散治疗创伤性关节僵直的药效。方法用暴力加固定方法建立膝关节僵直大白兔模型,以软坚祛僵散醋调外敷,观察其对模型大白兔的皮肤温度、关节周径、关节活动度、血液流变学、X线等指标的影响。结果用药后患肢皮温、关节周径、关节活动度与模型组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01);X线摄片模型组20%有明显骨化影,50%有不明显纤维化影;用药各组与模型组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论软坚祛僵散具有促进患肢局部血液循环,降低皮温、肿胀度,缓解并抑制关节周围组织的纤维化、粘连挛缩,使关节活动度增加的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate Ruanjian Qujiang power’s pharmacodynamic effect on traumatic joint stiffness.Methods The knee joint stiffness models were established in rabbits with violence and fixing,then applied Ruanjian Qujiang power and the skin temperature,knee perimeter,joint range of motion, hemorheology and X-ray were observed.Results There were significant differences in the skin temperature, knee perimeter and knee range of motion between every applied group and the control group (P<0.01).X- rays showed 20% significent calcification shadow and 50% unsignificent fibrosis shadow in the control group, there were significant differences between every applied group and the control group (P<0.05).There were unsignificent differences in hemorheology among all groups.Conclusion Ruanjian Qujiang power could promote local blood circulation,degrade skin temperature and degree of engorge,relieve and inhibit the fibrosis,conglutination and contraction of soft tissue and increase joint range of motion.The result offered experimental evidence for treating traumatic joint stiffness in CLIN.更多还原
