微波辐射催化氧化处理含氯漂白废水的研究
A Study of catalytic oxidation on pulp chlorine-bleaching effluent by microwave irradiation
【摘要】 为降低漂白废水化学需氧量,采用微波辐射活性炭处理含氯漂白废水。实验可以得到:25mL废水在活性炭用量1.0g,微波辐射时间为8min,功率为800W时的处理效果最好,由初始CODCr1176mg/L化学需氧量(Chemical oxygen demand,COD)下降到50mg·L-1,CODCr去除率达95%以上。有效地降低了漂白废水COD。
【Abstract】 In order to cut down the chemical oxygen demand of Chlorine-Bleaching Effluent the activated car-bon was used to treat the west water under microwave radiation. With activated carbon mass fraction 1.0g,microwave radiation time 8min,microwave power 800W,the CODCr decrease from 1176mg/L to 50mg·L-1,the removal rate of CODCr is above 95%. The results show that the chemical oxygen demand of Chlorine-Bleaching Effluent can be re-duced effectively and the related mechanism has been discussed.
