紫外光解-微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定牛奶及酸奶中铜铅含量
Determination of Cu and Pb in milk and yoghurt by ultraviolet photolysis-differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry.
【摘要】 利用紫外光解法处理纯牛奶和酸奶样品,并用微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定了其中的铜和铅。对光照时间、光照强度、氧化剂配比和用量等条件进行了研究,同时对测试条件进行了实验。结果表明,光照60min能将牛奶及酸奶样品消解完全。此法与湿法消解处理样品所测结果不存在显著性差异。牛奶样品中铜铅离子加标平均回收率分别为94.0%、97.8%,酸奶样品中铜铅离子加标平均回收率分别为94.16%、97.2%。
【Abstract】 The milk and yoghurt samples were digested by ultraviolet photolysis and the Cu and Pb in the sam- ples were determined by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry.The irradiation time,irradiation intensity and the proportion and quantity of the oxidants were investigated and the determination condi- tions were experimented.The results showed that the milk and yoghurt samples could be digested com- pletely in 60 min.There was no evident difference between the results of this method and those of wet di- gestion method.The average recoveries were 94.0% and 97.8% for Cu and Pb in milk and 94.1 and 97.2% for Cu and Pb in yoghurt,respectively.
