【摘要】 流动注射分析采用4-氨基安替比林光度法,在线蒸馏、冷凝和比色等均由仪器自动完成,样品周期为425秒。使用美国Lachat公司的流动注射分析仪,测定水中挥发酚的方法检出限MDL=0.63μg/L、精密度RSD=2.1%、回收率=97.1%,以及对同一样品的多次实验数据作t检验,表明该法结果与国标方法结果无显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Volatile penol in water was determined by flow injection analysis with 4-aminoantipyrine colorimetry. Distillation,condensation and colorimetric detection were accomplished automatically.The analysis time per sample was 425s.The detection limit for phenol was 0.63μg/L,RSD was 2.1% and recovery was 97.1%.The results of t-test showed that there was no obvious deviation between this method and national standard method.更多还原
