二甲基甲酰胺的气相色谱法回收测定

【摘要】 建立了用于回收二甲基甲酰胺的气相色谱测定方法。采用不锈钢填充柱(150m×2mm id,80~100目GDX-401固定相),热导检测器。程序升温,初始温度160℃,保持0.2min,升温速率8℃/min,终温180℃。汽化室温度200℃,检测器温度150℃。二甲基甲酰胺的校正因子为1.0382。采用内标法定量,以正丁醇作内标。二甲基甲酰胺质量浓度在0.5039%~99.5%范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回收率99.86%,相对标准偏差0.32%。该方法用于二甲基甲酰胺的回收检测,方便、准确、快捷,既可测样品中的水又可测二甲基甲酰胺。

【Abstract】 In order to recover dimethyl formamide,a gas chromatographic method with thermal conductivity de- tector for its determination has been established.A stainless steel column(15m×2mm id),packed with GDX-401,80~100 mesh)was used.Column temperature was programmed from 160℃(held for 0.2 min) to 180℃(held for 30 min)at 15℃/min.The detector temperature was 150℃and vaporizer temperature was 150℃.The correction factor of dimethy formamide is 1.0382.Butyl alcohol was used as internal standard for quantitation.Good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 0.5039%~99.5%.The recovery of standard addition was 99.86% with RSD of 0.32%.The method is convenient,accurate and fast.Both dimethyl formamind and water in sample can be determined with this method.
