有机-无机介孔材料对痕量汞的吸附性能的研究
Study on adsorption performance of trace Hg on an organic-inorganic mesorporous material
【摘要】 研究了一种有机-无机介孔材料在分离富集和测定痕量汞中的应用,探讨了溶液pH、温度、洗脱条件及干扰离子对汞分离富集的影响,结果发现该材料对Hg的吸附具有较高的选择性和较大的吸附容量。在pH 3.2、温度为20±1℃条件下,汞可被该材料定量吸附。其静态饱和吸附容量为119.15 mg/g。吸附的汞可用浓HCl洗脱,用原子荧光法测定洗脱下来的汞。该方法测定汞的检出限达1.89×10-9g/L(3σ),相对标准偏差为2.7%(n=11,ρ=0.5 ng/mL),线性范围为0.005~5 ng/mL,加标回收率95.3%~104.5%。此法已应用于环境水样中痕量汞的测定。
【Abstract】 A functiontalized organic-inorganic mesorporous material has been studied on preconcentration and determination of trace mercury.In this process,the effects of pH of solution,temperature,elution conditions on preconcentration of trace mercury were studied,and the effect of interfering ions was also investigated.The results showed that the material not only has highly selective affinity for Hg2+ but also large adsorbent volume.It was found that mercury could be adsorbed and eluted quantitatively on organic-inorganic mesorporous material at pH 3.2、 temperature(20±1 ℃).The static adsorption capacity of mercury on reported organic-inorganic material was 119.15 mg/g.Determination of trace mercury by atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) after perconcentration on supported this material was eluted with concentrated HCl.The linear range was 0.005~5 ng/mL.The detection limit was 1.89×10-9 g/L(3σ). The RSD was 2.69%(n=11,c=0.5 ng/mL).The recoveries of mercury were 95.3%~104.5%.The method has been applied to the determination of trace mercury in water samples with satisfactory results.
