阜新矿区矿井水利用分析和混凝正交实验研究

【摘要】 为了解决阜新矿区严重缺水,同时大量矿井水外排的矛盾,根据阜新矿区矿井水水质特点,结合现有水站运行情况及存在问题,推荐了最佳工艺流程。同时,模拟净水生产工艺的混合搅拌条件,用正交实验方法对影响混凝效果的因素进行了研究。结果表明:在室温(20℃)条件下,PH值对混凝效果的影响最大,混凝剂PAC和助凝剂PAM混合投药量影响次之,混凝沉降时间的影响最小。实验为净水厂的运行提供了可靠的参数。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the contradiction with serious water shortage and a large number of mine water drainage at the same time in Fuxin mining area,according to characteristics of mine water quantity,taking running conditions and existing problems in water treatment stations currently into consideration,the best technological process is recommended.Meanwhile,simulating the mixture and stir conditions of purified water production technology,the factors influencing coagulation effect are researched by orthogonal experiment.The results show that under the condition of room temperature(20℃),pH value is the most influencing factor on coagulation,the second is mixed medicine amount of PAC and PAM and the sedimentation time does minimal influence on coagulation.The experiment has offered reliable parameters for operation of the water treatment plant.
