射流浮选柱的单相湍流数值模拟
Single-phase turbulent numerical simulation of jet flotation column
【摘要】 为了了解浮选柱的内部流场分布,建立了浮选柱的单相湍流流动模型。在此基础上,针对浮选柱具有多出入口的结构特点,采用数值模拟方法,分别对Microcel浮选柱和实验室双射流浮选柱的流体流动状态进行了研究。结果表明:无论是实验室双射流浮选柱还是Microcel浮选柱,其入料位置和尾矿口的位置对浮选柱的内部流场分布都有较大影响,入料或尾矿口的不对称布置将引起流场分布不均,导致流体流动发生偏流现象,必然对分选产生不利影响。该成果对浮选柱设计和结构改进具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
【Abstract】 In order to study the interior flow field distribution of flotation column,single-phrase turbulent flow model is established in this paper.On the above basis in terms of the structural characteristics of more passageways,the flowing state of Microcel flotation column and twin-jet one is properly studied by using numerical simulation method.The results show that the layout of entrance and tailing port flotation column significantly affects the interior flow field distribution.The asymmetrical layout of entrance and tailing port causes non-uniformity of flow field distribution.This leads to deflected flow of liquid and is disadvantage to flotation.This research provides valuable references and instructional significance for flotation column design and structure improvement.
