电脉冲作用下Al-5%Cu熔体内电场分布规律

【摘要】 采用数值模拟与实验验证相结合的方法,对电脉冲作用下Al-5%Cu熔体内电场分布规律进行了研究。结果表明:脉冲电场在熔体表层附近较强,随着熔体深度的增加,电场强度逐渐减弱;电极电阻率越小,电脉冲在熔体内部形成的电场强度越大,电极电阻率越大,电脉冲在熔体内部形成的电场强度越小;两电极间距越大,熔体内部电场强度越弱,越有利于电场强度的均匀分布;对于电极电阻率与熔体电阻率相近的情况下,电极插深对熔体内电场分布影响不大。

【Abstract】 Combining numerical simulation and experimental method,Pulse Electric Field(PEF) distribution rule is simulated in Al-5%Cu melt under Electric Pulse Modification.Results show that PEF intensity is strong in the upper-layer,and become gradually weakened with the depth.Electrode resistivity has influence on the PEF distribution,and the electric intensity formed by small resistivity electrode is stronger than the great one.The PEF intensity,the PEF distribution scope also determined by the distance of the electrodes,far electrode-distance is beneficial to the PEF uniform distribution,and the PEF intensity in this circumstance is naturally weakened.If the difference of electrode resistivity and the melt resistivity is not very significant,the depth of electrodes immersed into the melt has little impact on the PEF intensity.
