【摘要】 采用固相化学反应方法制备了Y(1-x)SrxMnO3体系的系列样品。利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了Y(1-x)SrxMnO3体系样品的形貌、相关系和固溶区范围。结果表明,多次研磨和烧结是制备样品的必要条件。采用Rietveld结构精修的方法研究了不同掺杂量对晶体结构的影响。研究表明,晶胞参数a(b)、c和V与掺杂量基本呈现规律性变化,空间群为P63cm单相的固溶区范围大约为x=0~0.04。

【Abstract】 A series of samples of Y(1-x)SrxMnO3 ceramics were prepared by a solid-state reaction method. The morphology, phase relations, solid solution range of Y(1-x)SrxMnO3 ceramics were studied by X-ray diffractome- try(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that the repeated milling and calcinations was necessary for preparing Y(1-x)SrxMnO3 ceramics. In addition, the Rietveld refinement method was employed to study the effect of Sr doping on the crystal structure of the single-phase compositions. The results showed that the lattice parameters (a, b, c and volume V of the unit cell) were changed regularly with in- creasing of Sr content for these samples in the solid solution range and the single-phase ceramics with space group P63cm was formed in the solid solution range x=0~0.04.
