川东北高含硫天然气对管道的腐蚀
Piping Corrosion Induced by High-Sulphur Natural Gas in Northeast of Sichuan Basin
【摘要】 现场调查和实验室试验表明,川东北高含硫地区输气管道的腐蚀具有如下特征:①影响腐蚀的主要因素是CO2、H2S、Cl-,腐蚀形式以点蚀、氢脆和硫化物应力腐蚀(SSC)为主,②H2和NaCl的水溶解度很高,是影响腐蚀的重要因素;③A3钢在实验室模拟中21井试验后得知,井下部油管最大的腐蚀速率可达1.24 mm/a,井筒下部较上部严重。
【Abstract】 Through field investigation and model experiment,the oil tube corrosion in northeast of Sichuan basin is characterized as follows.(1) The main factors affecting the oil tube corrosion are CO2,H2S and Cl-.The main corrosion types are pitting corrosion,hydrogen embrittlement and sulfide stress corrosion(SSC).(2) The reason of H2S and NaCl as main factors affecting corrosion could be explained by their good dissolubility.(3) From laboratory model test of A3 steel in well Zhong 21 the corrosion rate of oil tube at the low part reached 1.24 mm/a.
