【摘要】 目的:探讨螺旋CT和血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9联检对卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法:对42例卵巢癌患者术前CT检查、血清CA19-9测定及术后病理诊断资料进行分析。结果:以术后病理为诊断标准,术前CT诊断符合率为85.71%,血清CA19-9诊断符合率为73.81%,术前CT和血清CA19-9联合诊断符合率为92.86%,三者差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:术前螺旋CT检查联合血清CA19-9测定可以提高卵巢癌的诊断率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic value of combined spiral CT examination and serum CA19-9 levels determination in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods Retrospective study of the results of spiral CT examination and serum CA19-9(withCLIA) levels determination was performed in 42 patients with ovarian cancer(with post-operative pathologic data).Results Pre-operative spiral CT detected ovarian cancer 85.71% of the patients(36/42).Serum CA19-9 levels were higher than the diagnostic threshold in 73.81% of the patients(31/42) combined spiral CT examination and serum CA19-9 levels determination would yield a diagnostic sensitivity of 92.86%(39/42).Differecnces among the positive results were all significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Combined spiral CT examination and serum CA19-9 level determination could enhance the diagnostic positive rate in patients with ovarian cancer.更多还原
