【摘要】 目的:探讨甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-Ab)在甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)、甲状腺功能减退(甲减)、单纯性甲状腺肿大患者的临床价值。方法:采用放射免疫分析检测甲状腺疾病患者血清TGA、TMA、TPO-Ab浓度及血清FT3、FT4、TSH水平,分析TPO-Ab在69例甲亢、53例甲减及45例单纯性甲状腺肿的阳性率。结果:TPO-Ab的阳性率(82%~92.5%)明显高于同组的TGA(44.2%)、TMA(69.8%),甲减组TPO-Ab的阳性值(平均57.4%)明显高于甲亢组(31.2%)和单纯甲状腺肿组(17.6%),差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:TPO-Ab对自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的诊断、治疗和预后评估具有一定的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of serum thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab) in patients with hyperthyroidism,hypothyroidism and simple goiter.Methods Serum TPO-Ab,TMA,TGA and FT3,FT4,TSH levels were measured with radioimmunoassay(RIA) in 69 patients with hyperthyroidism,53 patients with hypothyroidism,45 patients with simple goiter and 20 controls.Results The positive rate of thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab)(82%~92.5%) was higher than that of thyroidglobulim antibody(TGA)(44.2%) and thyroid microsome antibody(TMA)(60.4~69.8%) in all patients with AICD.Conclusion TPO-Ab could be taken as an important indicator in assessment of treatment and prognosis in patients with autoimmune thyroid diseases.更多还原
