【摘要】 目的观察放疗对乳腺癌术后患者近期生存质量的影响。方法应用EORTC QLQ-C30和QLQ-BR23对66例乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗的患者进行生存质量调查,并分析年龄、学历、城乡及放射性皮肤反应等因素的影响。结果患者放疗期间生存质量虽有降低趋势,但仅乳房症状领域P<0.05。放疗结束后1月生存质量各领域恢复较快,大部分领域恢复到放疗前水平。亚组分析,高学历(≥高中)、低龄(<45岁)、城镇、皮肤无湿性反应的患者生存质量评分优于低学历(<高中)、高龄(≥45岁)、农村、皮肤有湿性反应的患者。结论放疗对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者近期生存质量有轻度影响,低龄、高学历、城镇、皮肤无湿性反应的患者有较好的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of radiotherapy on short-term quality of life for patients with breast cancer after surgery. Method Sixty-six patients with breast cancer after modified radical surgery were selected for this survey by assessing QOL with EORTC QLQ-C30 and QLQ-BR23.All patients need radiotherapy.The effect of age,qualifications,living areas and the irradiative reaction of skin on QOL were also assessed.Result The QOL scores of patients were lower during radiation therapy,but there was no significance except the breast symptom area.One month after radiotherapy the QOL scores were increased quickly,and most area scores were equal to the level before radiation.The results showed the groups of better qualification,younger age,living in towns and with no skin moist reaction gained higher QOL scores than the other groups of lower qualification,older age,living in rural area and with skin moist reaction.Conclusion The postoperative radiotherapy had a little influence on short-term quality of life for patients with breast cancer during treatment,and the better quality of life was acquired for the patients of better qualifications,younger age,living in towns and with no skin moist reaction.更多还原
